  Gint has a research background where he specialised in the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology and bioinformatics. In addition to protecting and enforcing inventions in these and affiliated fields, his daily practice also includes mechanical inventions and business methods, as well as the registration and enforcement of marks and designs.

  Gint regularly gives talks to professional organisations on intellectual property matters, particularly in relation to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, complementary medicines, functional foods, nutraceuticals and cosmetics.
